What are your candles made with?
We make our candles with a little bit of this, a little bit of that, and a whole lot of love. But seriously, our candles are made using natural soy wax, emotionally pure fragrance oils, and cotton paper wicks for a candle that is long-lasting, clean-burning, and true to scent.
What is soy wax? Can I eat it?
We all get the munchies from time to time, and we appreciate your enthusiasm for loving our candles, please DON'T eat the candle wax. It is NOT edible, but it is more environmentally friendly. Soy wax is a vegetable wax made from the oil of soybeans. Because soy wax is made of all natural materials, it is delivers a cleaner burn, is a renewable resource, biodegradable meaning it cleans up with plain old soap and water, and has a lower melting point which allows soy candles to burn slower or longer.
Do you make all these products?
Well yes and no. Our candles are hand-poured in our production facility in Ohio. But there are components of the candles (wick, vessel, lid) that we don't personally make, but we love them all the same.
How strong are the scents?
This is one of our pet-peeves. We pride ourselves on having spent a lot of time experimenting and tweaking our blended scents in order to get the strength and throw just right. While we don't want you opening up a window because scent has over-powered your space, we certainly want you to know, feel, and smell like you have been submerged in the beblanq experience. But just like most things in your life, your experiences are personal to you and we hope you simply love it.
How long do your candles burn?
That's such an open-ended question. If burned continuously, each candle should burn for roughly 60+ hours. However, we encourage you to resist the urge to burn them straight and allow yourself to savor the feeling you get when fully embracing the scents. So take your time.
My candle isn't burning down evenly, am I doing something wrong?
When you light your beblanq candle, let it burn until the wax melt reaches the edges of the vessel. This process establishes the memory of the wax and will allow it to burn more evenly all the way down. But check out our Candle Care page for more information.
Where do you ship from?
All products are shipped from New Jersey.

We currently only ship with the United States, but we are working hard to share beblanq products all around the globe.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You're probably just as excited to receive your candle as we are to send it. Once your item has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us with your shipping and tracking details. If you haven't received this, please check your spam or junk mail. If you need to get in contact with us about the whereabouts of your order, please email info@beblanq.com and be sure to include your order number. Please note tracking numbers are only active and trackable 2 hours after the order has been collected from our warehouse. For orders placed after 4pm on Friday, your order may not be trackable until it has been collected from us the following Monday.
What is your return and exchange policy?
So basically you're saying you like us, but don't just want to take our word for it that you will absolutely, positively, love our candles. It's cool, we get it. We've been where you are which is why we put together a very simple return policy that you can find at the bottom of the website.
Can you confirm you have received my return?
We aim to process returns within 5-7 working days of receiving them. You will be notified by email once the return is complete. We suggest you make a note of the shipping reference given when you sent the item back. This will allow you to track your parcel at every stage of delivery, including when we receive it. Should you have any queries about your return, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team via email.
How long will it be before I get a refund?
Once we receive your item(s) back, our returns department will inspect and restock the goods if applicable. Once our returns department have done this and there are no issues, an automated refund is generated on our system. Your outstanding refund is then processed by our accounts department back to your original payment method. This process typically takes 5-7 working days. When returning your products please remember to include your original invoice, without this it may delay your refund.
Do you do custom orders?

How do I apply a promotional code?
You can add a valid promotion code in the basket at checkout.
When will my card be charged for my order?
Due to the nature of our payments system, the full cost of the order will be charged to the card as soon as it is placed.
